I began my career on the shop floor before moving into head office buying at 21, progressing into leadership roles during a period of rapid growth at Urban Outfitters in EMEA. Working across buying, design, planning and supply chain, I contributed to major strategic initiatives including the launch of franchise and wholesale channels.
I later became Head of Technology at URBN (Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Free People), leading transformation programmes across planning, buying, sourcing, design and supply chain. Working across both the US and EMEA, I built a reputation for translating complex systems and processes into practical tools that teams at every level could understand and use.
I operate comfortably from the detail to the boardroom. I quickly understand problems by adapting to my audience - whether working alongside junior team members or advising executive leadership - ensuring alignment, clarity and momentum across organisations.
In 2025, I founded AROSE driven by a clear belief: retail works best when creatives are free to create. Too often, operational complexity and poorly implemented systems pull teams away from product and customer. I partner with retailers and brands to build the structure behind the scenes - aligning people, process and platforms so businesses can scale without losing their edge.
I am a lifelong retail enthusiast and engaged consumer. I care deeply about product, customer experience and the future of fashion. My focus is building retail organisations that are commercially disciplined, operationally clear and strong enough to support creative ambition long term.
